JOB PURPOSE

To complete the technical build and maintenance work for client applications/tools to meet client requirements within agreed timescales.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Design and develop web applications using Wordpress
  • Configure, customize, and integrate open source software (OSS) for clients
  • Translate specifications from analysts and graphic designers into working applications
  • Develop and maintain code to a high standard within IT development and maintenance projects.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve support issues as they arise.
  • Participate in project planning/estimation with project manager and team leads
  • Perform unit testing of work.
  • Write documentation and comment code as required.
  • Ensure code is properly version-controlled and meet standard practice
  • Be on call for support requests as required by the 24 x 7 cover rota.

Purpose:


  • Report into IT Service Delivery Director and manage the Product Support function for all products
  • Manage Product Support issues raised by Infrastructure and Client teams and progress them to resolution working with Infrastructure and Development teams
  • Ensure Product Support Issues are resolved within SLA
  • Work closely with Development and Infrastructure teams to ensure repeating issues have permanent solutions implemented.
  • Ensure the team is the first location for all internal product queries and issues

JOB PURPOSE

• Take responsibility for ensuring that all websites we build and service are of an excellent standard of quality, at all times following the Srijani build standards and quality processes
• To tirelessly promote the importance of quality in all that we do and act as an internal quality ambassador for our clients

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Remain as Centre point of Build team and work at par with PM and Team Leader for the internal processes and adherence to quality standards
  • Spot any of the numerous problems that can occur when material is added to simple/complex websites
  • Producing and ensuring fast and accurate work of the highest standard in a pressured environment
  • Work as a neutral team player with good inter-personal skills, a strong administrator, and a flexible, highly motivated self-starter
  • Monitor, review and final sign-off of new client sites and modifications. Includes ensuring that design, look and feel, operation, and testing (Cross browser, cross platform, accessibility, links and Magus Active Standards check points) aligned deliverables to meet client requirements

We’re currently looking for a Webcast Producer to join our experienced webcast team in India. The candidate will have what it takes to successfully steer each webcast project from planning to completion.

What you’ll be doing

This person will project manage several webcast events from beginning to end, including client engagement and communications. They will also build a distinctive webcast player and be responsible for assessing our equipment requirements for all of our events across the UK and Europe. Responsibilities:


  • Management and execution of varying webcasts for our corporate clients. 
  • Managing all elements of the webcast production process directly with clients end to end, including the build of webcast players, booking of audio/visual production, site visits, coordinating content delivery and event production, live broadcasting and recording of webcasts, reporting and quality assurance. 
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service to our clients. 
  • Work closely with the Head of Webcasting to ensure that a seamless service is provided to our clients. 
  • Designing and creating bespoke webcast players, using CSS. Some travel overseas may be required.

• Work with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into CRM solutions.
